2022 Pinot Noir - Germany

A beautiful and enticing Pinot Noir. Ripe flavors of black cherry and raspberry are enhanced by aromas of cocoa and leather. These Massal Selection vines were planted and grown sustainably by our partners, Nico & Laura Espenschied, on their family estate in Flonheim, Germany. The grapes were hand-picked and fermented in open tonneau by native yeasts. We let the wine soften and age for 18 months in large oak tonneau.
