SAKONNET CHAMPAGNE
Sakonnet Vineyard's world-class dry sparkling wine is hand-crafted using the traditional Champagne method. This late-disgorged wine is dominated by the elegant pear, nectarine and citrus characters of our estate Chardonnay that are complemented by the fine cherry and honeysuckle aromas of our Pinot Noir. Delicious notes of fresh baked bread and roasted cashew nuts are derived from the long aging process on the yeast. On the palate, this New England Champagne is crisp yet extraordinarily creamy providing a rich and long lasting finish.
